Official Opening
We’re proud to announce the opening of The Gables Lake Foreshore!
This vibrant new community destination has officially opened to the public. Designed by AECOM and delivered for Stockland, this new precinct provides residents and visitors with an open space to play, relax and connect.
The completion of this project complements the neighbouring town centre, allowing residents to enjoy shopping, dining and outdoor recreation within a connected outdoor hub. In addition to the town centre, less than a kilometre away is The Gables Sports Precinct which Solutions+ delivered for Stockland in 2024.
Another Key Community Asset Delivered
The new lakeside precinct marks another key asset for the growing community. The new outdoor hub features a diverse range of play equipment, open green spaces, boardwalks, viewing decks and pathways. The open area also features a stage area for cultural and educational events, enhancing its use for the community.
Our landscape construction and civil teams ensured that every stage was carefully planned to ensure the vision was brought to life. We’re proud to have partnered with Stockland again to deliver another high-quality community asset and we look forward to seeing The Gables Lake Foreshore be enjoyed by the community for many years to come.
