How We're Creating Meaningful Change
At Solutions+, we don’t work with the community as a tick-and-flick exercise. We believe the work we do should create a positive impact beyond project delivery, which is why we actively support organisations, initiatives, and local causes that align with our values and the communities we work within.
Whether it’s contributing to industry development, supporting grassroots programs, creating employment pathways, or partnering with organisations that strengthen local communities, our focus is on building long-term relationships that make a genuine difference.
Connected Communities
As a team grounded in collaboration, reliability, and people-first thinking, we choose to invest our time and support where it can have meaningful and lasting value.
That means backing the people, projects, and programs that help communities grow stronger, more connected, and more resilient.
Take our Spring Walks for example, something we launched many years ago to engage with the residents in the villages we maintain. Walking around the grounds, this is an opportunity for connection, conversation about what we do and why, and a time to deepen relationships with those who call the village home.

We’re partnering with Cronulla Junior AFC to provide resources for new equipment, facility improvements, and expanded community programs, thereby enhancing opportunities for all junior players.
Protecting 52,000km of coastline takes a community. We’ve been proud sponsors of Collaroy SLSC’s surf boats for over a decade, helping Surf Life Saving Australia keep 315 clubs rescue-ready.
Helping the Portarlington Demons through sponsorship that helps the club provide excellent football and netball platforms in a family-friendly environment.
We have three members taking part in the 2026 CEO Sleepout to raise funds and deliver essential support to Australians without a safe place to sleep.
Across Australia, over 122,000 people are experiencing homelessness, some are sleeping in cars while others are on the streets. We are proud to take part in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout and help provide accommodation, meals, emergency assistance and long-term support for people who need it most.
The Gidget Foundation Australia provides much-needed support for individuals and their families experiencing perinatal depression and anxiety.
Our construction team assisted in delivering a complete makeover of the gardens at Gidget House North Sydney. These gardens are part of an outdoor area designed to be a safe space for families in need to visit.
PIF, the Property Industry Foundation, works with the property and construction industries to have a tangible impact on youth homelessness.
In recent years, we teamed up with construction industry partners to complete the landscaping component of a Property Industry Foundation house for homeless youth in Sydney’s West.

Growing Together
Always eager to instil our love of the natural world in those around us, we have participated in local tree-planting events for many years. We take part in:
- School and National Tree Day planting events
- Joining retirement village residents to plant trees in their community
- Working with customers to plant trees on their estates
- Assisting community-led groups, like Fairwater in Sydney’s West, where we annually support tree-planting days to enhance the parklands, provide valuable learning opportunities, and promote environmental awareness.
Our ecology teams regularly prepare spaces for our customers to host local community planting days, as well as lead discussions and provide instructions on the day itself.
A Culture Of Belonging
At Solutions+, we are dedicated to creating a workplace where colleagues of all abilities are valued for their unique contributions and supported by a culture of belonging.
From our site-based partnerships with Waverley Social Enterprises and Delando to our hands-on training and mentoring at Fisher Road Public School (a K-12 school for students with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities), we are committed to building pathways to independence.
For us, inclusion is about empowering every individual to realise their full potential.
