Everleigh Oval
Spanning 5.5 hectares, Everleigh Oval was built in collaboration with Mirvac, Logan City Council, and AFL Queensland. Our turfcare team constructed a full-sized field and a warm-up oval.
This Everleigh Oval facility is fully equipped with a robust irrigation system, around the ground drainage, terraced insitu concrete seating, custom coaches boxes, full LED Scoreboard, maintenance shed and accessible ramps.
Notably, the project’s appeal is further enhanced by the presence of large ex-ground Fig trees surrounding the field, promising future shade and optimal viewing for spectators on the elevated greenspace.

Everleigh Oval Kicking Goals
Our construction team faced challenges such as extensive rock subgrade and the construction of curved terraced seating walls. These challenges were effectively surmounted through the dedicated efforts of diligent contractors working tirelessly on the project.
Everleigh Oval is also an award winner.
Everleigh Oval won the Australian Football League’s Ken Gannon Community Football Facility Award for 2024 winning the Queensland title, as well as taking out the National Award.

Game-Day Ready
Competition day nerves are enough to manage, without the added worry of sports fields not ready for play. We work closely with the Deakin University team to ensure their sports fields are always game day ready.
Our game-day preparation routine includes:
- Cylinder and outfront mowing
- Line marking
- Garden bed maintenance and mulching
- Weed spraying
- Ongoing maintenance of the athletics track and baseball field
We also complete seasonal renovation and maintenance of the grounds, including aerating, scarifying, warm season to cool season conversions and oversowing.
