Viney Park
We are excited to announce that the upgrade of Viney Park, Coomera for The City of Gold Coast is now complete!
Viney Park provides the Gold Coast community with 6.6 ha of sport and recreational space. To continue to meet community needs, the upgrade aims to increase the capacity for sport and recreation at this popular sports park.
The Viney Park Project Deliverables
Our Queensland construction and build teams delivered the following works commissioned by the City of Gold Coast Council at Viney Park:
– A newly renovated and improved sports field
– A new clubhouse and amenities buildings
– New playground and fitness equipment
– Multi-use courts
– Stormwater improvements, irrigation and earthworks
– New plants and pathways
– New shelters and BBQ
– New skatepark lighting
– New sports field lighting
We are extremely proud to be handing this project back to The City of Gold Coast and the community.
A Quality Outcome
Working at a school during term required additional WHS considerations for heavy vehicle access, consultation with parents and children during pick up and drop off periods, and modifying noise during certain events.
Our construction team has delivered a high-quality outcome, working collaboratively with our client and the design team, and providing solutions for every challenge as it arose.
Now, whether it’s a training day, a place to gather or enjoy lunch, school fete or festival, the new space fosters learning and connection for teachers, students and visitors alike.
